Nanjiang Shu - Bioinformatician at BILS

Science for Life Laboratory
Bioinformatics Infrastructure for Life Sciences
Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics
Stockholm University

I got my PhD in Structural Chemistry from Stockholm University, majoring in protein structure prediction. Thereafter, I worked as a postdoc at the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics at Stockholm University. During my postdoc, I dedicated to method development of multiple sequence alignment and membrane protein topology evolution.

Since 2014, I am working in BILS (Bioinformatics Services to Swedish Life Science) as a senior bioinformatician. One of my tasks in BILS is to develop a web-service infrastructure with a focus on protein structure prediction.
