Transferring songs from your iPod to your Mac with OmniWeb web browser

Without any particular software, with the exception for the OmniWeb 4.5 web browser, you can easily check the contents and mystic insides of your iPod and transfer songs to your Mac, for backup purposes.

1. Plug in your iPod and open OmniWeb 4.5 (this may work with later versions of OmniWeb as well, but I haven't tried).

2. Drag-and-drop you iPod icon on to an OmniWeb browser window. This is what you'll see.



3. Click on iPod_Control "link", a new set of choices appear...



4. ...and a lot of F-directories become visible... These are the folder where the actual music is stored.



5. Search and pick your choices...
