• I am a research associate at the Centre for Autonomous Systems and Computer Vision and Active Perception lab at the Royal Institute of Technology; I am sponsored by the EU COSY project. Previously I was sponsored by the COGVIS project.
• My research interests are categorization, recognition of places, objects and human actions, kernel methods and incremental learning.
• In 2003 I organized a NIPS workshop Open Challeges in Cognitive Vision with Henrik Christensen and Christian Wallraven.
• In January 2005 I gave short course on SVMs for object recognition at IPM, Teheran.
