Ann Lantz, associate professor in HCIMy research interests are mediated communication (e-mail, video conference systems, genre analysis), interaction designers work practice, and, procurement in system development projects. Ongoing reserach is performed within the: Funk-IS project Functionality enhancing technologies for built-in systems with application within advanced medical processes.
