Responding to calls of research project proposals for EC Framework Programme: A process case study

Research is one of European power’s pillars. Each year, increasing amount of money are spent to fund more and more state-of-the-art research projects across Europe. Framework programmes have been developed by the European Commission in order to give European research a clear, efficient and comprehensive working framework and funding tool.

Participation to this programme, however, requires high preparation from researchers attempting to submit a research proposal. Finding a good idea, preparing an attractive proposal, building a strong consortium of skilled partners, these are some of the very important steps to be taken to put the best chances on your side. This master thesis aims at presenting the different stages and important aspects that have to be taken into account when preparing a project proposal.
